Is it possible to feel nothing inside to feel dead inside?

People say they feel nothing for other people and they also say they feel nothing inside. But is this possible surly they just feel lost, confused, regret, numb or something like that. But when people say they feel dead inside is that possible can you really feel nothing emotionally?

If you can does it have a name is it a neurological order or something psychological?
